When will I receive my order?

Orders are prepared within 1-2 business days and shipped with Poste Italiane express courier. Delivery takes place within 1-4 business days throughout Italy, including the islands.

Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Rome.

How can I track my package?

As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the Poste Italiane tracking link to follow the delivery in real time.

My order is delayed. What should I do?

Before contacting us, please check:

Check the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the address
Verify the tracking status with the link received via email
Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package

If the problem persists, write to us at argenta@argenta.store with your order number and we will assist you immediately.

I received a defective or damaged product

We are very sorry! Contact us immediately at argenta@argenta.store with a photo of the product and the order number. We will proceed with a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
