If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days from the receipt of the order.

Our 14-day return policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return. 

For the return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be contained in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at return@argenta.store. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Argenta Srls, Via Crescenzo del Monte 29, 00153, Rome (warehouse/returns address). 

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately in case of defects or damages or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings or piercings. Earrings are considered products that come into direct contact with the skin and sometimes with open wounds (piercings), making them impossible to fully sterilize without damaging the material, which is why they cannot be resold once worn. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be contained in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Below are some common examples of exceptions. 

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must still have the tag attached and be returned in the original packaging
  • Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use

  1. Access our online return portal using your email address and order ID
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  3. Print your shipping label which you will receive via email
  4. Send all items using the provided label
