Returns

In case there are issues with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. We do not accept returns for earrings due to hygiene and health reasons. Earrings are considered products that come into direct contact with the skin and sometimes with open wounds (piercings), making them impossible to fully sterilize without damaging the material, which is why they cannot be resold once worn. Please remember that the product and packaging must be intact and unused. If you are interested in the procedure, please send an email to return@argenta.store to request return authorization, explaining the reasons for the return. >	Carefully repackage the necklace. The jewelry must not be used, the tag intact, and the original packaging included.
>	Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be traceable. We are not responsible for loss.
>	Upon receipt of the necklace, we will proceed with its inspection
>	For materials deemed eligible for return, we will refund the amount paid by the customer for the purchase, excluding shipping costs.
